Description: Addon for using services on DALnet. Provides support for NickServ, ChanServ, MemoServ and StatServ through the form of custom windows and popup menus. Documentation is provided through the form of a readme file with misc. information as well as a windows help file regarding DALnet services. Script is easy to setup and all options are configurable through the popup menus. Note: If you are not using version 5.6, then an error message will be displayed. However, the addon will still continue to run. Perhaps the author should consider using $version < 5.6 instead. :o) From what I can tell while running through it, the addon works pretty well for the most part. The custom windows are clean and the commands indented according to type. There are a few things that could be improved upon, but then that's the case with every addon. Title: Nick Completer Addon 3.3

Format: Win OS

Description: Typical nick styler (not nick completor per se) addon with a number of pre-defined styles. You can chose to add your own custom style (by specifying what you want on the left/right of the nick) and you get to define the 3 colours for the nick styler. Popup and custom window support. There is not much to say about the readme file. It's brief, contains contact information and setup instructions. Upon loading the script, you open the custom window with the "/nc" alias. The window is configured to be "on top" (which can get annoying if you switch from one application to another) and you cannot move it. You configure your options by double clicking lines and entering information in popup windows. However, the window does not update its information when enter a new value, so you never know what you previously entered. When giving the colours, you must not forget the "Ctrl + K" since the addon does not add that by itself. Coding is adequate but leaves room for improvement. That basically sums up the

Title: Nick Completion pro 1

Format: Win OS

Description: A very customizable nick completion script for those who want to customize the style of their nick completion. It allows you to control manipulate what text/control codes are inserted to the left or right of the nick, as well as the style of the nick itself. It also has a convenient preview section. I did not find any bugs with this script. However one thing which would be nice is an 'auto preview' switch which will automatically refresh the previews box when a change is made. Also, there is no obvious way for making the nick itself plain with no control codes. The coding was fairly solid, however there was an overuse of $iif(), for example the same condition would be evaluated multiple times when there is no need. However this was very well written and probably the most customizable nick completion scripts I have seen yet.

Title: Nick Completion 1

Format: Win OS

Description: Nick Completor that allows you to complete nicks at the beginning or the end of a sentence by using the F5 or F6 keys respectively. The completor will have the BitchX style. The help files for the script are quite complete. There's one in English and another in Spanish. The script itself is used by pressing the F5 or F6 function keys when you want to complete a nick. In a way, it takes the place of mIRC's built-in nick completion, only it's F5/F6 and not TAB that you have to use. Downside: you can only complete a nick at the beginning or the end of a sentence and you have to use a different function key depending on what you want to do. The author could have implemented it in only one key. There is only one style and it's used with the F6 key (at the beginning of a sentence). The style is the BitchX style, therefore only bold and no colours (that's not bad). The coding itself could have been a little better. The author has a tendancy to use slashes even in remotes and there are some variables

Title: Nick Completor

Format: Win OS

Description: A nice nickname completor that is configurable via a small and comfortable dialog. Multiple match detection is included. This is a true nickname completor, not one of those ones where you have to type out the full nick before it will do anything (aka nick colourer). The small dialog allows you to configure the look of the completor, however it does not allow you to save and load styles that you create - no biggy. I also liked the way a small dialog pops up if multiple nickname matches are detected. There were no real probablems with this addon. In fact I was quite pleased with it. An excellent choice for those who don't wan't the muss and fuss of an in your face NC addon.
