If you experience problems that you think are related to your video
card, you can turn off the 256 color screens. This has fixed a rare
situation of problems.

Since the 256 color bitmaps are not currently used during game play,
this does not detract from the game.

In file warfare.ini, in your \WINDOWS directory, set the following
variable exactly like this.

Color16Mode=Yes
