How do I operate the lava pump?

Hint 1 of 7:

Look at the part of the pump near the lava pool.  Do you notice that
statue head on the far side of the pool?

Hint 2 of 7:

You will need a similar statue head to get any lava.  There is one near
on the upper-right quadrant of the map.

Hint 3 of 7:

There is also a place to put the head, just above the pedestal.

Hint 4 of 7:

Now you will need something sturdy to hold the lava.

Hint 5 of 7:

The clay cup will not do the trick, since it cannot withstand the heat.
