How do I start taking care of Schwarzy?

Hint 1 of 12:

Schwarzy won't let you into the well, no matter what you do.  At least not
as long as he has a clear enough head to know what's going on.

Hint 2 of 12:

Even guards get scared sometimes.

Hint 3 of 12:

That big monster in the middle of the screen looks like it could be very
scary if you figure out what to do with it.

Hint 4 of 12:

There are several switches on this screen.  Try playing with them.

Hint 5 of 12:

If you send Winkle into the tunnel, he'll press the button that makes a door
appear in the monster.

Hint 6 of 12:

Pick up the hatchet to reveal a button (W).

Hint 7 of 12:

Then, when the hatchet is up in the air, you can press that button to open
the door in the monster (F).

Hint 8 of 12:

Well, what are you waiting for?  Go into the monster.
