This is a Lotus/Quattro mileage calculator for individuals
who must keep an accurate recorded for tax purposes.

The features include the following:

Expenses that occured during the trip.
 enter dollar amount in L50

Your rate per hour enter that in N50

Prepration and Trip Charge        Cell.. O50

Parking Fees ..                   Cell.. Q50

Tolls                             Cell.. R50

Missolance fees                   Cell.. S50


How to navagate within this spreadsheet...

To move around just press the page down key, tab key or the
page up key. For example, if you press the page down key from
the starting cell of A1 you are relocated in cell A21.

Understanding the Cell addresses

The cell A90 is a simple rate chart that is also variable for
cost per hour. The purpose for use is for variable rate per
hour. For example if your rate per hour is $50 and you have
a trip prepration charge of $20 your total income from this
call is $ 70.00.

Cell C51 - You can change to the current date by entering F2
in either Lotus or Quattro\Quattro Pro and change to the
current date by changing the values of year, month and day.
It is important that you entered the information with in that
cell as it will effect the other cell for the date.

Cells     Start time Enter the correct time in the following
manner that you enter the date. For time it is Hour, minute
and Sec. Press F2 then correct for the current  start & end
time.

Cell F50 Non- Bussines Miles is you personal miles driven
during the day.
