Thank you for shopping our site. This is document is an online help file that should make your navigation of our store easier. If you are viewing this document in a "FRAMES" environment then this Frame is called the Display Frame. To your left is the Department Frame. The bottom Frame is the Order Frame. You may resize the frames to your liking at this time. To Resize the Frames, Move the mouse pointer over areas that divide frames and Drag UP or DOWN or LEFT or RIGHT. Once you have begun shopping DO NOT Resize the frame as you will lose data in the Bottom Order Frame. TO BEGIN SHOPPING
Select the department you wish to shop from the Department Frame on the Left. Once Selected, you will see items for sale appear in this window, the Display Window. You can switch departments easily by clicking on the Department Desired located in the left frame. If you wish to order a product click on ORDER THIS PRODUCT located by the PRICE of the product(s) being viewed in the Display Window. You will be taken to the bottom Order Form Frame. Simply type in the quantity of the product you want.
IMPORTANT
THE ORDER FORM IS NOT SELF TOTALING. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ENTER ANYTHING IN THE TOTAL, SHIPPING, SALES TAX OR GRAND TOTAL FIELDS. THIS IS DONE AUTOMATICALLY BY VIRTUAL MERCHANT WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. YOU MAY, IF YOU WISH, GO AHEAD AND FILL IN THESE FIELDS TO HELP YOU KEEP TRACK OF HOW MUCH YOU HAVE SPENT.
Once you have entered the quantity of a product you want you may return to the Top Right Display Frame to continue shopping in a department or choose another department from the Department Frame on the Left. Once you have finished shopping, Click on CHECK OUT located in the Department Frame on the Left. This will take you to the top of the Order Form Frame located in the Bottom Frame. Please fill out completely Your NAME and ADDRESS, City-State-Zip, Your Email Address, Telephone Number, Method of Payment, and if applicable your credit card number for Credit Card Orders or Bank Information if paying by an online draft check. You may also put in extra comments (such as size, color, etc. desired) in the Comments Box. Once Finished Click On SEND ORDER NOW! Button. Or you may start over by clicking on the Clear and Start Over Button. If ordering, you will receive an order confirmation message by email.
