Contrast ratios are 3-5 times better than STN displays. The response times are extremely fast (50ms or less) and make live motion video come to life. The brightness on these displays is 50% better than STN displays and produce crisp, sharp images that dazzle the eyes with excitement. The viewing angle is increased with a high aperture ratio for better horizontal and vertical viewing, while the overall viewable area is increased by 10% and information content is increased by 64% compared to 12.1" displays.
