- 2-nd generation DVD-ROM drives run at a higher maximum transfer rate
of up to 2.76 MB/s compared to 1st-generation DVD-ROM drives which run
at a maximum transfer rate of up to 1.34 MB/s. 2
- 100 MHz system bus compared to 66 MHz system bus. 3 - ITU V.90 modems
are designed only to allow faster downloads from K56flex or V.90 compliant
digital sources. Maximum achievable download transmission rates are
currently unknown, may not reach 56 Kbps, and will vary with line conditions.

Provider for Internet access, and there are fees associated with having
