General Information

    Where no targets are specified, you  may assume that the procedure or
    function will run under all  targets  (Real,  DPMI, Windows).  I have
    not had the time  to  test  each  function  and  procedure  under all
    targets.

    You will notice that most procedures have the following format:

    Name(StIn:String;Var StOut:String;[Options]);

    StIn always remains as-is  and  StOut  is  StIn with the changes made
    by the procedure.
