    Procedure CloseIcon(Active:Boolean)

    Active = True

    This draws  the  close  icon  in  the  top  left  of  the  window and
    adds a button to the window's linked list of buttons.

    Active = False

    This removes the  close  icon  button  from  the  screen and from the
    window's linked list of buttons.
