    This is the mouse object which controls the mouse.

      Error                 :Procedure(Num:Byte)

    This is a procedure which  is  called  if  an  error occurs.  You may
    define your own error procedure and assign it to this variable.

      PGUIMDef.ComputerSpeed:LongInt

    This is automatically  set  by  Mouse.Init.   The  higher  the number
    the slower a double  click  is  and  the  slower  the cursor flashes.
    You should never need to alter this.

      PGUIMDef.Active       :Boolean

    Determines whether a mouse is in use or not.
