Advanced options...
 This dialog box  allows  you to set some additional options.
 Use the cursor keys to  move  to  the  option  you  want  to
 change, then use the Space bar to  change  an  option. Press
 Enter to accept the dialog box.

[x] Alt alone selects menu
 The  Commander  normally  uses  Alt  key  taps  to  activate
 pulldown menus. Uncheck this option if you have an  Alt  key
 conflict with a TSR.

[x] Escape toggles panels on/off
 This option allows you  to enable or disable usage of Escape
 key just like Ctrl-O to toggle panels on/off.

[x] Alternative viewer
 There  are  two  ways to view the file: you can use built-in
 viewer with  Alt-F3  key or special external viewer with  F3
 key  if  it's  pointed  in  local  or  main  extension  file
 VCVIEW.EXT. This option swaps these two functional keys.

[x] Alternative editor
 Swaps two functional keys F4 and Alt-F4 to call built-in  or
 external editor.

[ ] Quick execute commands
 Check this  option to execute DOS's commands  without  using
 the COMMAND.COM file.  If you  have  some  problems, uncheck
 this option.

[x] Clear keyboard buffer
 When this option is set the Commander clears keyboard buffer
 before  asking  some  critical  questions, like  whether  to
 delete the group of files or subdirectory, overwrite, append
 or skip the file if such file already exists, retry or abort
 operation when some error appears. This option can be useful
 to avoid overflow of keyboard buffer on slow computers.
