Country info
 This  dialog box allow you to view your current settings for
 the country-specific information.  This  includes  date  and
 time  format, as  well  as  format of numbers  and  national
 characters  collate  table.  The Commander  would show date,
 time  and  sizes  of  files and sort the files in the panels
 according to this information.

 To change your country settings, insert the correct country=
 statement into your config.sys file. For example:

            country=007,866,c:\dos\country.sys
