As TEX itself does not originate from me, and the adjustments changes in it are minimal, this version is Public Domain. Anyone can copy this version and redistribute it.
Take note however, that single parts of the distributed programs (especially the drivers ShowDVI and DVIprint) e.g. Macro-packages do have a Copyright!
