Inside a page, you either scroll, if scrollbars are active, with the
mouse or with the cursor keys.
With the cursor up key you jump to the beginning of the page, and with
the cusor down key you jump to the end of the page. Similarly for
left-right. If the shift key is pressed the scrolling speed is smaller.
With Alt and a cursor key you get to the appropriate border of the page.
