Proudly announcing the second public release of Worktime, Worktime v2.05 The program program of choice to do time accounting/totals for project/work time. * Now with Project accounting with the possibility of creating projects on-the-fly. One-key project starters defined for some common projects. Starting a new project automatically closes an open timeslot earlier the same day, if any. (Defining your own one-key-project-start key definition by copying a 3-line procedure; change key number and project name and recompile the program) * A project selection list is also kept for online definition and usage. * Project Usage/Total for accumulating project totals for any range. Unfortunately I only had time/knowledge to create a very simple dialog "scroll" box to show the totals. Later I assume that the most intuitive would be to make it a second display mode (project overview) with project names, hour prices, totals, etc. * Print any range with optional seconds and project totals. * And a lot of other nice features. To install 1) Copy 'WORKTIME.OPA' to 'M:\APP\' and install using Psion-I. 2) Optionally, Copy 'WORKHELP.OPO' to 'M:\OPO\' In this version the Help menus has been seperated from the main program and only needs being installed if you want help. If in doubt try installing and remove again when you know the features of Worktime. 3) The default extension for Worktime has been changed to '.WTM' to seperate files from other OPL data files. If you have old Worktime datafiles (*.ODB) they should be renamed to '*.WTM' (Or copy to '*.WTM' while trying out the new features. So you can always revert to the older version) Abailability Worktime has been uploaded to the following FTP archieves: ftp.id.dtu.dk /pub/ej/psion/worktime/worktime205.tar.gz src.doc.ic.ac.uk /packages/psion/icdoc/utils/worktime205.tar.gz Worktime is free of any charges and can be copied freely. The source has been included so you can modify it to your needs.
