The information in this FAQ came from postings to comp.periphs.printers, information which vendors and readers of comp.periphs.printers have been kind enough to send me, and information I had on hand. Any errors are, of course, my own fault. If you see something wrong, please let me know and I'll correct it as soon as possible.
