The information in this FAQ came from postings to
comp.periphs.printers, information which vendors and readers
of comp.periphs.printers have been kind enough to send me, and
information I had on hand. Any errors are, of course, my own
fault. If you see something wrong, please let me know and
I'll correct it as soon as possible. Remember, as with most
things involving the Internet, your own mileage may vary.
Special mention must be made of the contributions made by
Johannes Schmidt-Fischer who's actually written HUGE amounts
of this. Thanks Johannes.
Additionally, I must recognize the help of Arthur Muller
who's been able to provide contact and world wide web
information on lots of vendors I didn't have. Thanks Arthur.
Several of the BBS numbers in Subject 10 came from the Technical
Support BBS'S Commercial and Shareware document produced by
Gary Barr.
Call Digicom BBS at 812 479-1310 for the latest version of his
list, which includes lots of additional hardware/software support bbs.
Some formatting ideas for this were taken from the CDROMLAN-
FAQ maintained by Greg Gibbs and from "FAQs: A Suggested Minimal
Digest Format" by Chris Lewis.
And, as always, thanks Marlowe. :)
