Why Choose Pavilion?

Here at Pavilion we will provide you with an easy to read "Starter Guide" together with our Technical Support staff who will help with any problems you may encounter while using the Internet. We also provide all our subscribers with unlimited free web space to create your own Personal Home Page.

The entry point for Internet access both in terms of pricing and technology is dial up access over the conventional telephone network. The requirements are a computer, a modem, software and an account with an Internet access provider (ISP). A dial up account is an ideal way to learn about the Internet before committing your company’s time and resources to it, but is equally valuable as a communications tool for both individuals and business.

Standard Dial-up Account

National Local Call Dial: 0645 - 270000:

The great news is that people outside of the local call dial area need only change the prefix code. This obviously applies equally to our customers who are on the move. Simply change your prefix while away.

No Engaged Tone Dial Policy:

Pavilion Internet also offer a 'no engaged tone' dial-up policy. This means that we only run our equipment at approximately 65% of its capacity. To prove this, Pavilion also offer 'real time' statistics to show bandwidth usage for our different services.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

Pavilion offer a thirty day money back guarantee, available with both yearly and monthly subscriptions.
One Third off NYNEX Calls:

Pavilion Internet is the only company in the country where subscribers with NYNEX phone lines can still receive a third off their telephone call charges when dialling our National Local Call Number 0645 - 270000.

Single ISDN-2 connection

The Integrated Systems Digital Network (ISDN) is another option used for connecting to the Internet. It does not connect via the standard telephone line. It is a special digital telephone line, as it’s name suggests, which is optimised for transferring computer data at higher and more reliable speeds.

Instead of a modem it requires a Terminal Adapter which plugs into a special ISDN-2 line and runs at 64,000 bps. One of the main advantages of ISDN is it’s seamless connection to the Internet. While you have immediate access whenever you need it, the line drops whenever you are not using it, thereby minimising telephone charges. We make no extra charge for users connecting via single ISDN-2.
