block_detab

 For each line marked as part of the block, it is shifted left by a tab
 where possible. If the current buffer is of a langauage that has ^I tabs
 all text lines starting with a ^I tab have it removed. Otherwise N spaces
 are removed where possible. Fold lines are left-shifted by a tab width.
