#4  The QuickFind Contact tool on the Microsoft Outlook toolbar makes it easy to find and open a contact, no matter where you are in Outlook 2000. Just type part of a person's name in the QuickFind box, press ENTER, and Outlook will bring your contact right up.

#5  The new tri-pane view in Microsoft PowerPoint allows you to add slides, double-check your outline, edit and reformat text, and type comments�all in one combined view. You don't have to navigate between slides to keep track of your points, so it takes less time to create your presentation.

#6  Manage your inbox easily and efficiently using the Organize tool in the Microsoft Outlook 2000 e-mail and information manager. Set rules that file incoming messages automatically, filter out junk mail, and apply unique font colors to predefined messages so they stand out. You can also select different views to sort your messages by priority, who sent the message, or other criteria you choose.
