HOW TO INSTALL
--------------
1) Copy the WINBMP.EXE file to a new folder on your hard disk.
   Double-click the file WINBMP.EXE. This will cause it to 
   de-compress itself.

    *    CAUTION!  Make sure that you are running this    *
    *    .EXE file in an empty folder or on a blank       *
    *    formatted diskette!                              *
    *                                                     *
    *    DO NOT run this .EXE file in your \WINDOWS       *
    *    or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder!                       *
    *                                                     *

2) Copy the WIN95.BMP file to your Windows folder.

3) Once WINBMP.EXE has been run, it can be deleted.

4) Use the Display control panel to select the Windows 95 
   wallpaper.
