This CD-ROM is a collection of the shareware on the Windows95.com Web site. The format, graphics, and various other elements on the CD-ROM are copyrighted by Steve Jenkins. Copying or redistribution of the information on this disc is prohibited without the express written consent of the author. The software on this CD is provided "As-Is." The author makes no claims as to the usefulness, quality, or ownership of any of the programs on this disc. To the best of his knowledge, the author has not violated any copyright or distribution restrictions in publishing this collection.

A few of the referenced packages and programs require registration prior to downloading. In these cases the URL's have been left in place and the programs are not included on the CD-ROM.

Despite repeated attempts over a number of days, several packages could not be downloaded, perhaps you will have better luck following the URL's that have been left in place

Some of the packages included on this CD are covered by the GNU General Public License a copy of which is provided in the file "copying.html" in the root directory.
