Getting Started:

1. Name a folder "PEERSYNC" (or any name you want) on your hard drive.
2. Copy the appropriate file to the PeerSync folder.
  	- PS3416.EXE (for 16 bit version, Win 31)
	or
  	- PS3432.EXE (for 32 bit version, Win95/NT)

3. Run the appropriate self-extracting zip file and the following
   files will be unpacked to your hard drive.
  	for 16 bit version, Win 31
	- PSync16.EXE 
	- XCDZIP.DLL
	- XCDUNZIP.DLL 
 	- PSHELP16.HLP
  
	or for 32 bit version, Win95/NT
  	- PSync32.EXE 
	- XCDZIP32.DLL 
	- XCDUNZ32.DLL
 	- PSHELP32.HLP  

	and
  	- README.TXT
  	- WHATSNEW.TXT

4. Run PeerSync by double clicking on the appropriate PSync.EXE file 
   from the file manager.

Registered PeerSync Version 1 and 2 users can upgrade to  
version 3.0 for $18 (US).

Registered PeerSync Version 3.0 users can upgrade to 
version 3.4 at no additional charge.  Simply download the 
latest version and unpack into your existing PeerSync folder 
and your old authorization code should give you full 
access to the new PeerSync.

Discount Schedule - applies to quantity requested in 
same order:
    5 copies for the price of 4 (20% discount)
   25 copies for the price of 19 (24% discount)
   50 copies for the price of 35 (30% discount)
   75 copies for the price of 45 (40% discount)
  100+ at half price (50% discount)


Upon registering PeerSync, a password will be generated from 
your name.  This password will be Faxed or e-mailed to you and 
will activate your current copy of PeerSync.  Please note, TDM 
will not mail any disks unless specifically requested by 
purchaser and additional shipping and handling fees are paid to 
TDM.  All software will be activated via generated password 
sent over Fax or email

If you need to install this application on a different PC than 
where it was initially run, Fax or email a request to TDM for 
a new password.  TDM will provide one additional password for a 
second PC if that PC will be operated by the same individual.
