It's been quite a while since I've programmed anything
so this is bound to be a bit rough.  
 
This program deals a hand of 5 cards after randomly 
shuffling a standard deck of 52 cards.  The first time 
it is run it takes about 20 seconds on my 386sx-16.  
Subsequent runs take about 5 seconds.  Why is this? 
I'm trying to make it run faster so any comments would 
be appreciated.  This is just a personal programming 
exercise for an ultimate goal of a blackjack program.
