This is the not-ready-for-prime-time lemmy 0.5.

It is a VI clone for 32-Bit Windows OS's (Win95, WINNT).  There are
a couple of bugs I know about, but none appear to be significant.

The main new things are a resizable window, and mouse-cursor tracking.
The cursor tracking isn't quite where I want it yet, but it's close.
