Unusually shaped, white flowers in April and May, clustered on stems of plants 6 to 12 inches high.
 
Light and Soil: Shade.  Well-drained, dry soil.
Propagation: Division or seeds.
 
Comments
Spreads into clumps.  Disappears after flowering.
