Clubroot, Root Knot

Shows up as distorted, thickened roots in cole crops such as cabbage and broccoli, causing plants to wilt and die.  It's most often a problem with cabbage.  Prevent clubroot by adding lime to your soil.  Use gypsum if you don't want to change your soil's pH.
