Shout3D™ 2.0 - Workflow Tutorial

When you publish with the Wizard, the necessary files are collected in a Published directory which is created in your Shout3D installation. If you've previously tried using this feature, you'll have already created this directory and it may contain files from a different project. Delete all these files to start with a clean directory, if necessary.
Launch the Shout3D Wizard and open shoutbox3.wrl (or shoutbox3.s3d). Use the same settings as you've used before (including the ExamineApplet.class for the Applet type). Set the Optimize archive option to "true." This will create the custom archive of class files.
Press the Publish button. After a moment, a preview window will appear with your applet running. Test that the ExamineApplet features work by dragging the mouse to rotate the scene. There won't be any animation because currently the project lacks the means to start it running (we'll fix that shortly).
Close the preview window and wait a moment until all the files are written to the Published directory. Open this directory to find:
