We'll be experimenting with some of the latest streaming audio and video software for the Net, but will try to keep it as simple as possible for you the viewer. First and foremost, if you're not using at least Netscape 3.0 or later,
get it!
Audio
To get the audio feed, you'll need at least a 28.8 modem and
RealAudio 3.0
to hear the bands. Our link to RealAudio takes you directly to the download page for the FREE version of RealAudio 3.0. You can download an enhanced version of the software for 40 bucks if you'd like, but the free version works just fine.
Video
Depending on the broadcast, we'll be using combinations of WebCamToo, VDO live and other types of software for the live video images. For a status report of which software we're using that day, go to the showtime page and click the stadium.
WebCamToo will automatically stream video to the 9up "live" page. You don't need to download anything for the WebCamToo feed, but go to
VDO

to get the player to play the VDO video. It's a fairly simple download. Jon Fox says, "If Greg's parents
can do it, you should be able to figure it out."
Also, if you're interested in video on the Web, check out the WebCamToo site.
We've (wiz Jon Luini) scripted the live page to best serve audio and video to yer browser.
