	I recently had some cosmetic surgery done. I actually had a tummy tuck done. I was wondering how is the best way to explain to people what I've had done when they ask, when I really don't want anyone to know what I've had done. And everyone is asking! Also, have you ever had any cosmetic surgery done?

Dear Susan,

I haven't had any cosmetic surgery. It is a personal decision and if you desire for these people not to know, you can politely tell them to MYOB!
