In 1994, Kathy became a certified fitness instructor, and has worked to help others adopt her healthy lifestyle. First came the fitness videos. Her debut, KATHY IRELAND'S TOTAL FITNESS, was an immediate success, so she was asked to do two more: KATHY IRELAND'S REACH and the award-winning KATHY IRELAND'S BODY SPECIFICS.

Her two new videos, ABSOLUTELY FIT and ADVANCED SPORTS FITNESS were released in December, 1996.

Now Kathy has developed a line of fitness equipment in association with Moretz Sports called Kathy Ireland Shape Shop by Dynamic Classics. It is sold in department and sporting goods stores both in the United States and abroad.
