Pants can be a great fashion look for any time of the year...
There are four basic pant styles:
The "classic trouser" has cuffs, front pleats, and pockets. They should be comfortably loose, with the cuffs breaking slightly on top of the foot. Footwear choices range from oxfords and loafers to deck sneakers. The "skinny pant" is a tapered-leg polyester/rayon/Lycra blend that cuts close to the body. The fit is snug and the length is short, cropped at the ankle. Footwear can be flats or deck sneakers, without socks. The "boot legger" is a slim fitting stretch nylon/Lycra pant that gradually begins to flare just below the knee. The fit should skim the body and the length is just below the ankle. Footwear can be boots, loafers, or deck sneakers with no socks. The final pant style is called the "pull-on pajama." A roomy and comfortable sueded Tencel/rayon pant with an elastic waist, the length should be long enough to drape slightly over the foot. Footwear can range from velvet or ballerina flats, to oxfords or loafers. I hope these suggestions helped. Remember, fashion should be fun!
