• Feedback from Volunteers
  There are already many people who are volunteering with organizations via their home or work computers. Impact Online is compiling information from these individuals regarding what's worked and what hasn't in their virtual volunteering experiences. This information will start being posted on our Web site by the end of April 1997, and it will be continually updated as we receive more feedback. If you are a volunteer who has helped an organization via the Internet, we want to hear from you!

• Online Databases? List Serves?
  Impact Online is exploring the best ways we can help connect organizations with individuals for virtual volunteering programs. We already have tips sheets on finding and managing certain remote volunteers (see below), but some organizations would like to see a more centralized place developed just for finding people for virtual volunteering programs. This could be an online database or a list serve (electronic mailing list). If you have any suggestions, we would love to hear from you. We expect to launch a beta version of such a system some time in 1997.
