Terms and Conditions

Your submission of content to Impact Online is governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. You are solely responsible for your content, and we act as a passive conduit for the distribution and publication of your information. However, we reserve the right to remove your content if we believe your information may create liability for us.

2. You represent and warrant that the content you provide to us to be published on our site through our data entry forms (a) does not infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation, including without limitation the laws and regulations governing export control; (c) is not defamatory or trade libelous; (d) is not pornographic or obscene; or (e) does not violate any laws regarding unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising, or (f) does not contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines.

3. You hereby grant to us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable right, in any media now known or not currently known, to exercise all copyright rights with respect to the content you provide to us to be published on our site through our data entry forms. The foregoing does not apply to any content contained on hyperlinked pages or any other content you do not submit to us.

4. These terms and conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to your content and may be changed only in writing. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws provisions.
