Withdrawal

Withdrawal is pulling the penis out of the vagina before the man comes. This is to prevent the semen and sperm from entering the vagina. This is not a very effective birth control method. Here is why:

The man cannot always tell when he is going to come.

The man needs a lot of control to pull out his penis when he is very excited.

There are enough sperm in the semen that drips out of man's penis before he comes to get a woman pregnant.

If the man pulls his penis out but comes near the vagina, the sperm can still get into the woman's vagina and cause pregnancy.

Withdrawal is better than using no method. But it does not work as well as the other methods.
