In addition to her successful modeling career, Kathy has studied drama for more than seven years and worked to carry her success into the acting world.

Kathy starred opposite Emilio Estevez in National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon I, which spoofs every thriller from Lethal Weapon to Silence of the Lambs. She was a thriller in her own right in a memorable parody of the Sharon Stone interrogation scene from Basic Instinct.

Kathy's other feature films include Paramount's Necessary Roughness, in which she starred opposite Scott Bakula and Oscar nominee Hector Elizondo; Warner Brothers' Mom and Dad Save the World, with Terri Garr; the romantic comedy Amore! with Jack Scalia; and Backfire, with Robert Mitchum. Kathy also turned in a cameo appearance in Robert Altman's quintessential Hollywood satire, The Player.
