Saving Face His: Past Tips

Packing it right...

If you're going on a short trip, and you want your jacket to be ready to wear when you arrive at your destination, then be sure to pack it right.

First lay the jacket face down on a flat surface with pockets empty and the jacket buttons open. Fold the right side of the jacket back to the middle seam, while turning the shoulder inside out and smoothing out the right sleeve flat under the folded half. Tuck the left shoulder into the inverted right shoulder and position the left sleeve flat on top of the right sleeve. The lapel and collar should be straight so they won't wrinkle.

Finally, fold the jacket down twice and place in your carry all. Don't use a garment bag; it might be too bulky for a small wardrobe. A gym bag is perfect, and if you are taking a flight, you can take it on board with you.
