-Overview

CREST produces educational multimedia CD-ROMs and operates Solstice, an Internet service for the sustainable energy field. CREST consists of two organizations: a Washington, DC program that is part of the non-profit Solar Energy Research and Education Foundation (SEREF), and a San Francisco, CA small business. SEREF was incorporated in 1978, CREST was formed in 1993, and the San Francisco office opened in 1996.
