We'd like to encourage you to call us, too, if you have ideas or suggestions about products or services you'd like to see added to the exclusive NASE benefits program.

The NASE Endorsement Standards:

Prior to endorsement of any insurance or benefit plan, the NASE requires:

• A limit on the insurance carrier's profits;
• A cap on marketing and administrative costs;
• Rate increases must be justified by experience records;
• Financial information be regularly submitted for review;
• The right to audit the insurance carrier's records.

The NASE endorsement also requires specific financial, claims and service criteria be adhered to in order to meet the needs of our Members. The NASE-endorsed insurance carriers must provide:

• Service capabilities of the highest standards;
• Plans designed specifically for the self-employed;
• Toll-free customer service lines;
• Proven financial strength;
• Prompt payment of claims, with the philosophy of "How can we pay this claim under the certificate provisions?" instead of "How can we find a way to decline it?"
