This article discusses the issues of banking and electronic funds transfer on the Internet. It offers some suggestions for "re-inventing" banking, and warns about the possibility of a banking crisis on the Net. It suggests that there is tremendous potential use for small-money funds transfers to reduce unwanted junk mail and newsgroup pollution.
