Jane and Michael Stern have written twenty books about America, on subjects from pop culture and good food to bad taste and Elvis. The authors of Roadfood, the Sterns write the "Two for the Road" column for Gourmet and contribute "Wish You Were Here" postcards to Epicurious on the World Wide Web. They live in Connecticut.
