General Rule

Named Operation Matador, the Commonwealth had planned a defensive foward movement into Siam to counter the imminent Japanese invasion of Malaya. Various decisions led to cancel Operation Matador historically, but what if the Commonwealth invaded Siam ?

Playing Operation Matador

During the Commonwealth Setup Phase, if CW option "Operation Matador" is played, then the Commonwealth Player may take a free Movement Phase before the Japanese first turn. Every unit may then move, following the same rules as those explained in the Movement Phase.

Procedure

Same as the Movement Phase.
