PGetHorizGuides
Gets the number of horizontal ruler guides and the position of each guide.
Query results
PGetHorizGuides is a subclass of PListQuery. The query returns a list of horizontal guides. Make sure to check that Count()
> 0 before referencing these fields.

The y coordinate position of guide in twips.
PageMaker returns horizontal guides in the reverse order in which they were
created. To change the horizontal ruler guides, use the PGuideHoriz
command class.
