PDeselect

Changes the active tool to the pointer tool (if necessary) and deselects all currently selected text or graphics.

Command constructor

PDeselect();

PDeselect emulates clicking. The PDeselect command is identical to clicking a nonselectable area of the publication window, such as the pasteboard or the margin of the page.

Layout view only. The PDeselect command works only in layout view.

Example. The following example deselects text or graphics.
