- PL 7 ----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Replaced the bell sound with something that sounds like a spoon hitting
  a glass.
- Files that do not end with a newline character are now read correctely
  (and complained about).
- Display the `Wrote n lines' message after writing a file.
- On write failure remove the temporary output file.
- Catches *all* write errors now! PL6 screws up if there is not enough space
  left on the device a file is written to (WITHOUT ANY WARNING (hell ...))!

- Fixed bug: Cursor positioning with the mouse now also works when
  the left margin is > 0.
