If you're running Exchange and getting complaints about increasing SPAM from your users, then consider this Exchange 2000/2003 server add-on. GFI MailEssentials for Exchange offers spam protection at server level and eliminates the need to install and update anti-spam software on each desktop. Now with Bayesian analysis, the program offers a fantastically high spam detection rate (Bayesian filtering learns all the time, and takes into account your valid email, not just the spam).
GFI ME gives very low false positives through its automatic whitelist, and can automatically adapt to the user's email environment to constantly tune and improve spam detection. GFI MailEssentials also adds key email tools to Exchange, including disclaimers, mail archiving and monitoring, reporting, server-based auto replies and POP3 downloading.

Have you ever sent an important email that's so important you end up ringing the recipient up to see if they've received it and read it? Rather defeats the object. Have They Read It Yet deals with this by 'stamping' your email with a small image. Any time after a stamped message is sent, the sender or any recipient can click on the image and see when and where (in terms of IP addresses) the message has been opened.
You get five re-usable stamps with the free version of the software, so you can only have five stamped messages in transit at any one time, but the system is safe and secure. The technology doesn't affect the routing of email, doesn't modify messages after they're sent, and doesn't require identifying information about senders or receivers. The 'stamps' are never hidden from recipients, never run code of any kind on a recipient's computer, and anyone who clicks on them can see the information they collect.
Works with Outlook Express (5 or later), Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP.
