ESL gives you an origonal and exciting way to monitor and even pre-empt the seasons sports tables.

The League Calculator differs from the League Viewer in that it has the additional functionality of saving and loading your own predictions and then allowing you to view the resulting League Table. This functionality will become invaluable as the League Title race develops.

The League Viewer is instantly accessable as a shockwave file on Express Sport Live, while The League Calculator is available for Windows 95 & Macintosh and can be installed on to your hard disk from the intro page for Express Sport Live on the .Net cover disc.

The instructions for both features are set out below...

Upon starting the application, you will be presented with a screen showing the date according to your system clock.

If this is incorrect, you must manually enter the correct date, this will enable you to always return to the present day by clicking on the NOW tag at the top of the screen.

Once this is correct, click the OK button and you will be taken to the closest date with updated results. (Until the 98/99 season starts, this will be the last day of last season.)

Week by week

This is the default display of the League Calculator. It shows all the matches or fixtures played or playable on the date highlighted at the bottom of the screen

The dates and fixtures are not editable, but will be updated automatically via the internet each time you run the programme.
