This nifty utility will help you choose the colour scheme for your Web site. It features an advanced colour selector using four colour spectrums and tools to lighten or darken the selected colour by a rate you define. Some preset spectrums are available including the all-important Web safe palette.

The program also allows you to open an HTML file from within the program and automatically change the values and save the page back. A colour picker allows you to grab any colour value on your screen and there is also a BODY tag generator.
