The Prompt Software Incorporated End-User License Agreement ("PSEULA") allows you to use the WebSleuth98™ software program. ("Software") on a single computer by one user at a time, provided you concur or agree with the licensing terms. This Agreement is a binding legal contract between you (as either an individual or entity), and Prompt Software Incorporated. By installing or using this Software, you signify that you agree to be bound by the PSUELA terms and conditions, below. If you do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the PSEULA for the full duration of your use of this Software, you must immediately terminate your use of this Software and you must delete it completely from all your computer memory (use the uninstall software included with this program for this purpose).

PROMPT SOFTWARE INCORPORATED END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

The use of this Software is licensed, to you by Prompt Software Incorporated, or one of its licensed marketing agents, and is protected by applicable United States patent, copyright and intellectual property laws, and the laws of other countries under international treaty. Title and ownership of the Software remains with Prompt Software under all conditions. Prompt Software Incorporated grants to you the right to have one person use one copy of the Software on a single computer at any one time. You may make one additional copy of this Software solely for backup or archival purposes only. You may obtain additional use licenses at a discount for the same person to use the Software on multiple computers as well as for more than one individual to use the Software on one computer in a concurrent manner by contacting Prompt Software Incorporated at (415) 382-8840 or FAX (415) 382-8868. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, create a derivative work, or otherwise use the Software, except as stated in this Agreement. If you obtained this Software for evaluation purposes, your license rights are the same as for fully licensed users except that your license to use this Software expires upon the completion of the trial or evaluation period. You also agree that you will not initiate nor particiapte in any action to defeat the completion and expiration of the trial period except in the manner approved by Prompt Software Incorporated.

You may transfer this Software for use on another single computer, provided no copies of the Software are concurrently retained for use on any other computer. You may not loan, rent or lease this Software, but you may transfer your rights under this Agreement on a permanent basis, provided you transer this Agreement to the recipient, all your copies of the Software, and any accompanying written materials, AND the recip
