NETCOM Unplugged Agent

The NETCOM Unplugged by WebEx Agent is the only part of NETCOM Unplugged that is not part of your browser. When you start NETCOM Unplugged, you actually start the Agent, which then starts your browser and loads the Personal Storage page.

The following screen shows the NETCOM Unplugged Agent. The window is expanded to show statistics:

To ... Do the following ...
Monitor deliveries
  1. Start a download.
  2. Click the NETCOM Unplugged button on the Windows 95 Task Bar.
  3. The middle area indicates the current activity.
Check delivery statistics
  1. Click the NETCOM Unplugged button on the Windows 95 Task Bar.
  2. Click the [+] sign.
    The Agent window expands to show statistics.
Start your browser If you close your browser and then decide that you want to start browsing with NETCOM Unplugged again:
  1. Click the NETCOM Unplugged button on the Windows 95 Task Bar.
  2. Choose Run WebEx in Browser from the File menu.
Change the browser you use
  1. Close your browser if it is open.
  2. Click the NETCOM Unplugged button on the Windows 95 Task Bar.
  3. Choose Browser from the Options menu, then choose the browser you want to use.
  4. Choose Run WebEx in Browser from the File menu.
